Today I did an upper body circuit followed with a run 2 minutes at 4.5 and walked 1 minute at 3.4 for a total of 30 minutes. It felt great, I actually enjoyed it.
Today I consumed- 1703 calories. Workout burned- 591
My knee was a little tight after running, nothing major though. Running is just hitting the muscles differently.
