Catch Up

For those of you who are interested in what my daily caloric intake has been, and workouts for the past several weeks. It was the following.  I have been doing Arms & 30 min cardio on Mondays, Tuesdays 45- 60 minutes cardio. Wednesday legs, and if I have enough left in me cardio. Thursdays- 45-60 minutes of cardio, Fridays- chest and back & cardio. Saturdays 60 minutes of cardio.

This week Starting  4/18-4/24 I have started a new regimen. I will post daily calories, workouts, tips,  tools and recipes.

My food outlook is as follows: I eat as many fresh fruits and veggies as I can, the meats I eat are extra lean, I try and eat only whole grains, I stay away from highly processed foods. I aim to keep things fresh, bright, and fun. I drink a TON of water.

* I log everything I eat into Fat Secrect . It is an awesome site I find it VERY user friendly! It also had apps for your i phone, blackberry, and any android phone. Makes eating out or being away from a computer to log what you have eaten really simple!!! I am attempting to keep my calories at between 1200- 1500.

Am I reading that right that you are burning 2000+ calories a day by exersize? How the crap do you do that girl???!!! I'm spent after about 45min-60min and 700ish cal's!!!

I wish you were reading that right! That would rock :) No that's an overall daily estimated burn. My work outs are around 500- 600ish calories.

I usually do all cardio. I know I need to strengthen my body but I loathe weight training. I'm going to steal your weight training schedule and see if it works for me. I like how you break up the body parts. For whatever reason I never thought to do that! I always weight trained my whole body one day and then cardio the next. THE pits! Thanks for sharing!
