I have had a CRAZY last week, finding blog time was near impossible. I am sure this week will be much better :)

Maybe I am just dreaming that this week won't be crazy! I am trying to pack everything in these last 2 weeks of summer before the kiddos summer break ends :(

I am totally with you on trying to fit everything in! My 2nd grader started school yesterday and I am still trying to finish our summer activities :)
I love the fitness tab! I plan to be more regimented in listed my exact workouts in my planner. That will be a new experience for me.
I can't wait to hear about what's going on to support MS. My sister suffers from it and I would love a way to get involved! P.S. What kind of bike do you ride?

Can someone tell me what the difference between a Sports Massage and a Deep Tissue Massage is? I went for a DTM last week, but was wondering what I missing out on!
