Vitamin D + Yoga= :)

The sun is shining!!!!

With the sun shining I am soaking in the sunlight :)
I LOVE where I live I feel so blessed to have this beauty surround me daily!

On another note: I have become a major fan of Yoga the last few weeks I have been doing it 3 times a week. Sooo good for my body and my head. Not sure I am totally into all the YOGI ways or thinking but that hour that I am there I dig it :)

With that said do you Yoga???
Do you like it???

I like YOGTOGO; a cute little frozen yogurt shop by our house. Does that count? :) I know it is awesome for my spirit. My body... not so much. Glad you like your new surrounds. That makes such a difference when you are trying to acclimate to your new surroundings.

I love yoga. I try to do it at least once a week. I prefer a studio over the gym since it's more spiritual, but I get it in wherever I can.

I've never tried yoga, but I would give it a try. :) I've always wanted to check it out.

I like yoga, even though I am horrible at it :)

I have not done it for a while. But I heard yoga from the P90X series is excellent!

Beautiful pictures! I just started with Yoga a few weeks ago. I love it! I really didn't think I'd be a fan, I just didn't think I'd take away enough from it, but I was wrong. It's tough to fit in with trying to cycle 4 days, Pilates 2 days, weights 2 days and now I'm trying to run again, but I'm trying to do it 2 days a week. I just love how I feel afterwards.

I LOVE yoga! I like the balance of head and mind. I like the way it slows me down when I try to rush through everything and I like the way it keeps me in the moment when things seem too big.

Last fall when I did my first Ironman I know I was using my yogi mind to only worry about the exact moment and place where I was and not worry about the big run and bike ahead, or the 2nd half of the bike when I was only at mile 20 or having to run a marathon when I was only 75 miles into the bike! It served me very well that day.

It looks like a nice place to live. You are very fortunate to live in a place like that. My job in downtown makes it harder to find a place like that. Those lucky people of price per head services they can work at home.
