Breakfast and Truvia Giveaway

Breakfast is super important it fuels our bodies for the day. Studies have shown that people who skip breakfast are generally heavier than people who eat a nutritious breakfast. Eating a hearty healthy breakfast will prevent you from overeating during the lunch hours. I used to not be a breakfast eater, however now breakfast is NOT a meal I will EVER skip!
Whenever I have oatmeal, I always add a packed of truvia, along with some fresh blueberries or raspberries. So yummy, I love that it leaves no after taste!

 What is Truvia?
  • Truvia natural sweetener is a zero-calorie sweetener made with the best tasting part of the stevia plant.
  • Truvia natural sweetener is refreshingly uncomplicated. Sprinkle it on your grapefruit. It won't end up on your conscience or your thighs.

  • One packet of Truvia natural sweetener provides the same sweetness as two teaspoons of sugar.
  • Truvia natural sweetener is a great alternative for people with diabetes. It is also kosher certified.
I have used Truvia for a while now and LOVE it.
So I am excited to give 2 lucky people the chance try out one of my favorite products!

I was excited to see that I could use Truvia in baking (as opposed to sugar or Splenda).

Today's breakfast is half a PB&J pre-run, half after. I'll eat a "second breakfast" at work - an egg white sandwich.

My breakfast during the week is usually just a banana and yogurt. On the weekend, it varies but usually oatmeal or egg sandwich.

Hey Lindsey, i had no idea that Truvia was from the Stevia leaf. I found that out by visiting their web site. I also love that it has no aftertaste. I would love to try it.

I follow your blog and love it. I have often used splenda because it was in bulk so I could bake with it. I did not know that Truvia could be used in baking.I will have to try it.

My breakfast is a package of Oatfit, with a small amount of flaxseed sprinkled on top. I also love some herbal mint tea (possibly sweetend by Truvia now)

I told my sisters about Truvia and your blog.

My father-in-law is diabetic. I told my mother-in-law about Truvia. They use splenda but do not like the aftertaste. I hope this will help them.

I learned that Truvia has "Natural Flavors" in the ingredients but the answer to what that is doesn't answer the question. Natural Flavors is often MSG, as I'm sure many people know, this is a chemical put in many foods, especially chinese food, and it is known to cause migraines in some people. Thank you for the post, I will not use Truvia now until I find out what the "Natural Flavor" truly is.
