Bells Canyon Hike

Last night  for the hiking group I am part of we hiked Bells Canyon.
It was so incredibly beautiful! Everything is so green right now. I am loving it.
It was a perfect night for a hike it was overcast and that helped keep us cool.
WE MADE IT!!!! Such a beautiful place we have to live and enjoy.
While we were enjoying the view the skies started to look a little threatening, sure enough. . . . DOWN POUR!!!! We got stuck in a short little thunder storm, I have to say it added to the experience :)
We were pretty soggy after the hike!!!!!

* Once again I have to give credit to my hiker friend/ trail boss Julie for the awesome pics!!!!

Hiking is one of my favorite activities. You get a great workout both cardio and strength without the monotony of the gym. Keeping hydrated is absolute key...and not from a thunderstorm. Great pics.

Love your photos. Mountains, oh how I miss them! We hiked a lot during our time in Salt Lake. We were married four years before we had kids so we had a lot of time to hike together. Fond memories! Hiking is a great workout too!

I hadn't stopped by for a bit - I liked your thoughts about planning and setting goals. I love to plan!
