That is so great! I'm a HUGE fan of having goals and registering is one way to keep that carrot dangling right in front of you! I'm doing my first half-marathon in October but haven't registered yet. You have inspired me to make that one of my goals this week! :)

ReplyDeleteHave you use a foam roller before? They work wonders for the IT band and breaking up that built-up lactic acid!
