I'm SO SO SO excited!!!!
 Today was a rest day and I needed it after the 3.5 yesterday! 
My hip flexors are sore!!!

    My first triathlon is in July and I'm super excited about that one.

  3. That is so great! I'm a HUGE fan of having goals and registering is one way to keep that carrot dangling right in front of you! I'm doing my first half-marathon in October but haven't registered yet. You have inspired me to make that one of my goals this week! :)

  10. Good for you for signing up so far in advance. I am always slow on signing up! I guess I have a trouble with commitment??? No, I don't think so but it does take me a while to make a race commitment!

    I ran the Deseret News 10K many, many years ago. It was my first 10K.

    Have you use a foam roller before? They work wonders for the IT band and breaking up that built-up lactic acid!
